STEVE REDMON GOES AGAINST COURT ORDERED REPREMAND FOR MISSING FILING DEADLINE AND AFTER 2 YEARS REQUESTS MORE TIME AND GIVES THE REASON AS (PARAPHRASED) "HEY THE FIX IS IN,  IRV MAZE THE COUNTY PROSECUTOR WHO DID NOT PROSECUTE ME IN CRIMINAL COURT IS GOING TO BE IN CHARGE OF THIS CIVIL CASE  TOO, AND I AM  GETTING THIS CASE DONE AWAY WITH WHEN YOU REMAND IT BACK TO JEFFERSON COUNTY, SO WHY SHOULD I HAVE DO WHAT YOUR COURT ORDER SAID?"
NOTICE ON MARCH 9, 2007 THE COURT ORDERED
that since Steve Redmon missed the deadline for filing his brief (March 5, 2007), and since this case has been before the KENTUCKY COURT OF APPEALS for 2 years, the COURT ORDERED that Steve Redmon was  to have no more than 10 days from the date of that order to file said brief.  Once again, with disregard for a COURT ORDER, Steve Redmon just files for additional time to file said brief.
STEVE REDMON IS TRULY A MAN ABOVE THE LAW.
